Who we are

This website is the personal marketing website of Zach Peek, a licensed South Carolina real estate agent affiliated with Grand Strand Coastal Realty. It is not the official website of the brokerage.

This policy explains what information the site collects, why, and who it is shared with.

Information you give us through forms

When you submit a valuation request, seller enquiry or contact form, we collect the information you enter — which may include your name, email address, phone number, property address, property details and any message you write.

We also automatically record the page you submitted from, the referring website, and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) present in the link you arrived through, so we know where enquiries come from.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, this site uses analytics to understand how visitors use it — pages viewed, approximate location, device type and referral source. Analytics tags may be delivered through Google Tag Manager and set cookies in your browser.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so does not stop you using the site.

How your information is used and shared

Enquiries are used to respond to you about buying or selling real estate. Your information is never sold.

Leads submitted through this site are stored in this site's database and may also be shared with Grand Strand Coastal Realty's customer relationship management system (Real Geeks) and with service providers that help operate the site, such as hosting, email and automation tools. Brokerage record-keeping requirements may also apply to transaction-related information.

Text messages and calls

If you provide a phone number, you agree that Zach may call or text you about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing the address on the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
